They refused to give me a refund when I was dissatisfied with my order.
Usually is a good choice for lunch but recently, the food quality has gone down. I had the $9 meal deal with the chicken fingers, the chicken was good, the fries were only warm and undercooked, the fountain drink was flat and tasted funny. My sundae was good though. My friend couldn't even finish his burger and fries, he is not picky so this was unusual for him. Maybe maybe managrment can have a chat with their staff, it's just not worth the stop for lunch any more.
Terrible customer service Food is so expensive and the food there is just trash I don't care if I'm paying more but at least get a meal that I enjoy I will never go there again and will spread the word around......
Unprofessional customer service The food has no taste and the price is too high.... so you know the size of their burgers as small as the junior chicken at Macdonald's You spend at least 25-30 to feel full That's insane Not recommended
