I wanted to take a minute to thank DQ for hiring a young man named Chris. At the DQ on White Street in Anna Texas. This young man, knows what customer service is. I went through the drive through window and ordered some food and drove home, and found out that one of the main meals was not in the bag. I drove back, and that is when I talked to this very polite young man named Chris. My Husband and I stopped in for a couple of Blizzards. They're our favorite dessert at DQ. I tried a new one called the dipped strawberry cheesecake. My Husband tried the new cotton candy one. They were prepared in a timely manner and brought to our table and served upside down as they're supposed to be. As usual they were thick and tasty.

Sometimes slow due to being busy but we love their blizzards. Upgraded my rating to 5 stars for service. Messed the order up and made it right with extra. They make food to order i believe, hence the wait time

Don’t come here for a chocolate blizzard. They are always out of chocolate ice cream. Instead of telling you they are out of chocolate ice cream they just make your blizzard with vanilla ice cream… this has happened multiple times.
