I ordered ahead and still had to wait 10 minutes after estimated time. Gave me our two small blizzards got home and found out they gave us the wrong order. Tried eating one of the blizzards and it was gross whatever it was it had sprinkles and cake.

What an absolute fail of a franchise. I visit Anna to see my child a few times a year, and my son in law surprises us with a trip to this store. What a joke. Every single time, and I'm not exaggerating, this store is out of most ice cream items. Tonight I'm making this post to warn you...just drive up the street and buy ice cream from Walmart or get an ice cream treat from anywhere else. This place is absolutely a dairy queen fail. Paid for an online order and went to pick it up. When I got there they told me they were out of taco meat. When I told them it was already paid for and if I can substitute they looked at me strange loke they did not know what to do. I just told them they can throw an extra order of fries in to make up for the taco. It was the smallest fry with very little there. Done for now

We wanted to try the new DQ at Anna. We order 2 hungerbuster combos.We asked for diet Dr Pepper, they only offer diet Coke, so we said sprite would be fine, no sprite available, how about unsweetened tea, not available. We decided on sweet tea and orange soda. We came around to pay, and they had no change. So paid with debit card. Waited a long time. Finally got our order, and everything was cold, like had been in a fridge. We came, and we saw. We will not try that again.

We went during free cone day, it was busy but we got our food in a decent amount of time. Service was kind and helpful.
