Something wrong with the worker taking my order. Asked for a brownie blizzard lightly blended and it was way too blended when I received it. She offered to make it again which I appreciated, but when she handed me back the new one it was a Wendy’s Frosty. She somehow made it even worse. This is what I get for going to Albany.
The food is always good, the service is always the slowest in town. Expect to spend 20 minutes in the drive thru.
Rudest service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Im shocked.
We waited in line for like 10 minutes, just to go to the window and get told that they don’t accept cars at the moment because the machine is down that I would have to wait 15 minutes for the boss. I had $100 bill and they also didn’t take that But get to me is that it seem like a lot of people got free ice cream that day but girls didn’t even think about doing that for us. It was a disappointing situation. I was only in town one day with my family to get this kind of experience.
