Ordered our food. Waited a half hour. Noticed other people getting their food before us. Asked what was going on. They gave out food to someone else. And they didn't say anything to us. Anna is by far the worst place in Texas and this Dairy Queen tops the list. How disgusting. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN

I have been to this Dairy Queen at various times on different days of the week and different times of the day and it has yet to fail at making my order within 45 minutes despite ordering ahead of time and waiting for the completion time before pulling up. This time around I was told to pull to the window and then after waiting behind 4 people they had lost my order and had me park. My order was estimated to be completed 20 minutes ago and still waiting. I have yet to be to another Dairy Queen that has this issue.
Third time to come here, sat at the drive thru intercom for 10 min and nobody answered or said anything. Went to the window took another 10-15 min to open the windows to ask if we have been helped. I get it it can be busy but the service in that part was minimum then the blizzard itself had no pieces in the blizzard and was straight up just soft served ice cream in a cup. Honestly, this was a very disappointing experience. First of all, the manager (JACE) was extremely rude and was on his phone for the majority of the time while supposedly training the cashier. Meanwhile, the cook was literally making one item at a time, which made the entire process unnecessarily slow. The lack of urgency, customer service, and professionalism was frustrating, especially when customers are on a schedule.
