Me and my girlfriend, along with her friend ordered our food at 6:14-6:15. We waited almost 40 minutes to get our food, our food was sitting for about 20 minutes. Let alone, I had to repeat what kind of Blizzards I needed about 5 times. Overall, it is not that hard, along with that they somehow even managed to mess up one of our Blizzards, after I said what kind of Blizzard it was, to which I got an okay, then received the wrong item. 35-42 minute wait is slightly ridiculous.
Never in my 16 years of living have I waited so long for so little. Not only was our food sitting out there, the 85 cent blizzard didn’t even work! Part of our order was also wrong. I’ve seen eroding alzheimer’s patients with a better sense of memory than these employees.
The kids working the drive thru weren’t very nice and worked slow but were rushing to get me moving. No manners or positivity. Not to mention my food looks like they let a toddler play with it before wrapping it up and sending me off with it. DO NOT GO HERE
