I couldn't really review the food because we stood there waiting for 20 minutes nobody said a word to us they were going crazy the drive up was full of some of them didn't know what they were supposed to do next it just seemed really messed up but what really was messed up is they couldn't even turn around and say I'm sorry this is going to take a while or I'm sorry we're not going to be able to get to for a little while but they said absolutely nothing! Waited behind 2 cars for 25 min for y’all to not have slushies. Disappointed but hey it is Too beautiful outside to be mad about it. The wait time here is unreal though. I think we still have another 10 min or so. Wish us luck! Update: made it to the first window 🙌
The location on 1st Ave was closed at 8pm, and the one on 6th was closed at 8:30. Google maps said they were open till 9 pm. Really appreciate free cone day. Thank you.
I’m writing in response to how much food we watched the staff waste. People ahead of us ordered blizzards and we watched the worker scrape the top of the cup flat, dumping product into the trash. Then they goofed one of our ice cream cones. I gave them the correct request and said not to throw away the goofed cone (I would have even paid for it), but she just shrugged her shoulders, said ‘no, that’s okay’ and dropped it in the trash. Our family was not impressed with the wastefulness (of ice cream!).
