Been here a couple times, never again!! This place is dirty, the help are not friendly at all, they don’t have chocolate ice cream?? It is an ICE CREAM store! Ordered two blizzards, the cups are 3/4 full at best!! I ordered mine with choc but she said they didn’t have chocolate, so I asked for choc syrup. Food is usually good but wait times are long and menu prices are not accurate
No ice cream. Wrong flavor tendies. Longer wait time then expected. Not fork for my sauce tendies.
Every single time we come in we are greeted-well, not even greeted- with such an "I don't care if you are here or not" attitude that is not welcoming at all. We come only for the DQ ice cream. If you appreciate good customer service - or even some semblance of- probably not the place for you!
I ordered two medium Blizzards at the drive-through and was charged for two mediums, but we were given a mini and a small instead. I noticed the mini right away and asked if they could give me the medium I paid for. The lady said she had misheard me and thought I said “mini.” But if that were the case, how did she manage to charge me for two mediums? On top of that, both ice creams were runny when they were handed over. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
