I've set in drive thru for over10 minutes without being waited on. Twice not just once
Food was hot which was good. My blizzard was a chocolate strawberry blizzard chocolate ice cream. Had one or two strawberries and tons of chocolate. Disappointed on that. Inside was bad. One employee had an attitude. The bathrooms are disgusting. No soap, spiders, and just plan filthy. The dining area wasn’t the best either. Tables and seats need a clean and so many flies eating is a pain.
Took 20 minutes to get two blizzards and the floor is so greasy my shoes almost got left there and then she tried to hand it to other customers
Bad review below me was a half lie! I was there, sitting for a few minutes after eating my meal at the table near the trash can in the dining area. The front lobby employee did apologize for the mishap with the blizzard he received from drive thru and proceeded to offer a redo for Larry Wyatt to make things right. Local people in Clinton know that this Dairy Queen is working hard to flip this bad reputation back into a good standing with the community. The last two times we have been here it I has been unbelievable. First time there was one or two pecans in the Turtle Pecan Cluster and almost no toppings. This time I get the same thing and all of the topping were put on the bottom and hardened in the bottom. Took it in for an employee to see and not even a sorry.
