Everything about this establishment is unacceptable. A twenty minute wait in the drive thru to move up 1 vehicle is absurd. Does this establishment even have a management? Completely dark out and evey out side light including the menu was turned off. Thats not only rude but a safety hazard. I'm contacting corporate because I know this review wont do much of anything.
As a GM from Delaware, this store was a disappointment, they didn't flip my blizzard, didnt offer lids, GAVE ME ZERO NAPKINS didnt even say thank you, have a nice night or anything. On a professional note, the overrun is off the ice cream is so fluffy and "marshmallow " like, and nobody had hats on handling food.
