Went thru the drive thru to order food for two kids. Chicken strips were okay according to them. Ice cream was typical DQ. My complaint is with the service….. extremely slow….. and the workers weren’t the cleanest. They were also out of ketchup! Who runs out of ketchup?!?????? Ridiculous…
Outstanding place
Very rude the customers are very disrespectful and I got bumped into twice from a guy and a women and no apology the people here are horrible especially in Dairy Queen I got a sundae and a shake and they put it in the freezer but didn't bother to tell me that we just had to look for ourselves and had to keep asking for things they missed and the girl who gave us are food obviously hates her job but she don't need to be taking it out on us she was very rude and entitled like what the hell haha also the food?? No catchup no ranch. No one in line and took forever to get foods
A month ago someone posted that the air conditioning wasn't working. As of yesterday evening it still wasn't working. It was about 90° outside and appreciably hotter in the restaurant, so we ate our soft serve treats on the curb outside (no outside seating). In addition they ran out of peanuts so one of us couldn't get our preferred treat. Another customer had to inform them that their ice machine and one of the soda choices were empty.
