They don’t answer the phone, you place a mobile order ahead of time and then you still sit in line for 30 minutes for them to make one ice cream for the vehicle in front of you. The employees always act confused like they don’t know what they’re supposed to be doing or they’re standing around. Every time we go, it’s worse. Definitely not what it used to be.
Ever since the reopening it has not been good, DQ was my go to place for a Burger but it tasted bland and felt like the quality of the food has dipped down!
People who can't use their brains. Make sure to make the drive to the other dairy queen in town. Absolutely no reason to ever go here. Ranch is not gravy and steak fingers are not chicken or vice versa. Clovis in general is shitty for food but no reason to go somewhere intentionally messing up orders.
