Cody was awesome when fixing the cone for my grandchildren. The new flavor was not available on the app and he adjusted one of them for the new flavor.
The Dairy Queen in Callaway served the best blizzard to date. I always order a Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard and no (2) are ever the same. The mix of candy verses ice cream ratio is different with each one. Today, I had the perfect mix of chocolate, peanut butter and ice cream served by the kindest employee!
Service is horrible. Rude customer service and will argue with customer on any simple thing. This a woman with an attitude that is ready to fight the customer just to prove she is right. Food service with dirty black shirt on, tough girl tattoo marks, unkempt hair. Talking behind customer’s back. Just poor customer service and food is not that great!
Orders a large snicker blizzard with extra snickers. There were zero snickers in the entire thing minus the stuff they sprinkled on top. $8.00 for not ice cream and now no extra snickers when paid for. Won’t be back.
