Food was great it was very clean inside, lady that took my order was nice, I asked a different lady for a bag and was kinda rude about it also 96 cents for ranch???? What happened??
We came to this location yesterday. My demeanor was poor and energy low. I snapped at the cashier Neveah for not being able to put my phone number in for rewards. She asked if she offended me in any way, gave us a discount, apologized about my day, and followed with amazing customer service. One small gesture brought me back to my neutral point, humbled me on a frequency I connect with. I left embarrassed at myself! We pulled up to the drive thru window no one greated we sat for a few minutes I said hello I got a reply of hello wait. Then came back and was very rude and we were deciding what to get she said are guys ordering. Our order was hot and correct
