Arrived at 9:01 and was turned away despite customers actively being served inside. If you’re going to enforce a hard cutoff, fine but watching other people get served while you’re shown the door is a frustrating experience that says a lot about how this place values its customers. With better options in the area, there’s really no reason to come back. Easy pass
My daughter and I recently got food poisoning from the soft serve at this location. Will never be back. Caution anyone that doesn't want their child vomiting all night.
Staff always friendly and accommodating. Gets busy often and they do a great job filling orders quickly. The owners are hands on and often working behind the counter along side the staff
It's almost impossible to go wrong with a Diary Queen Blizzard. Such a nostalgic post dinner treat that my wife and I get a little too often.... That being said - I recommend this Dairy Queen in Maple Glen specifically compared to all other local spots!
white blonde female employee genuinely ignored my bf and i, from when we got there to when we decided to leave, which had to have been more than five minutes. she wasn’t right in front of the counter but could easily see and hear us since she was literally 6 feet away. what made us decide to leave was when she came to the front of the store to put a cake in the freezer, looked at us and said nothing. she needs to be let go if she clearly doesn’t want to work. very weird experience lol
