I really enjoyed the food here! The workers seemed a bit cold and snobby but they didn't mess up my order and my burger was delicious. The cleanliness could have been much better however they were very busy so maybe they didn't have enough time to clean? I hear the DQ at the Eastfield mall is owned by the same family. That location has friendly workers every time I go and it's always clean!!! Too bad I hate going to that mall.

I recently went to the Dairy Queen in Chicopee Ma, this morning around 11:30 and ordered a chicken strip basket and the cheese burger deal two for $2.22. It took them over five minutes to cook my food and I stood there watching the workers stand around talking about obsene subjects. All you know is what you want on the menu when you order. What you dont know is what happens behind the counter. I was a worker at this Dairy Queen not too long ago and there are somethings you should know. I have seen workers drop hotdogs on the floor and pick them back up and place them back in the warmer... same with chicken or frozen burger patties... whoopps. Excellent place to go for a cone. Service was great, workers were friendly and the kids loved the menu.
