Great service only three workers working but they did good great food and communication.
Had to give it a 1 so I could leave a review. Service was SLOW, employees were RUDE, food was COLD. I have never been to a Dairy Queen were the employees were SO RUDE. I guarantee we will NOT BE BACK!
Got spoiled living in Madison. Love Madison DQ. Moved to Canby and the food is always mediocre. Bun is rock hard and the burgers were burnt. Got sundaes today and they were absolutely pathetic. And the people are super rude. We went with our 2 year old after a doctor appointment and had to stand and wait for 15 minutes looking at our food in the warmer because the kid behind the counter was making himself a blizzard in a tall drink cup for after his shift. Ordered a chicken bacon and ranch sandwich last week. The bun was rock hard and the inside of the sandwich was just mush. Tried going there at 7:30. They shut the lights off as soon as I pulled up to the drive thru. Every other time I've been here, they take a very long time to deliver the hot food.
