Good ice cream, kind of soft. Fast service.
99% of the time service is great, but had one super weird experience so hope it's a one-off. Asked for sprinkles on my dipped cone (which they've offered in the past, offer on the website, and litrally did the day before with zero issues). This time I was told they couldn't do that. So, we said weird, but cool, no sprinkles then. Just a dipped cone. Only to get to the window and then not even have the cone on our receipt. So, we asked again to get the cone.
