I had a really frustrating experience at Dairy Queen tonight (Thursday around 7 PM). The night shift employee taking our order was extremely hard to understand—she was whispering everything, and we had to keep asking her to repeat herself. Things got worse when we tried to order a Blizzard that was clearly advertised on their sign. She abruptly told us they didn’t have it and said she “does not control the sign,” in a very rude and dismissive tone. Friday March 20 my son went through the drive through and got a blizzard. He found maggots in his blizzard that’s disgusting. The health department will be notified. Clean the place up!!!!
Store was very busy, but orders were being made one at at time according to an employee. I left without getting waited on.
