The owners/management are extremely rude and have zero customers! I asked why a birthday service wasn't presented to me earlier in the week when I paid and order my cakes? I asked if they had one or if I could reserve a section and was informed they didn't do that. That you just come in and they ask that no out side food or drinks are brought in. That dairy queen is a disaster! The people who own/manage that location are so rude and honestly don't even care. I ordered 2 large blizzards the other day through the drive thru and after I got to the end of the parking lot I realized they didn't even get the ice cream to the top on either one so I turned around and went back through.
