Horrible service. There was a large very loud birthday party taking place and the guests of that party got treated better than everyone else in the store, the two employees made a rude comment about me as we were leaving.

If you like being treated well...don't go here. Terrible customer service. If they get anything wrong they will not fix it and will make sure you feel like it is your fault.

Horrible service! They gave us the ice cream before the burgers and it all melted because they forgot about the rest of our order. They wouldn't even give us our money back. I called and asked to talk to the manager, but instead of him call us (I saw him there telling them what to do), he had one of the teen girls call us back - what a coward. And someone made him manager? Don't go here - lousy and you will be throwing your money away.

Rude employees + bad service = keep driving! – While eating in the restaurant, I saw one of their employees yell at two customers (who looked to me like professional women) and refused to sell them the cake they had picked out. I called to report this to a manager, and it turns out it was the owner who had thrown them out. She said they had made a rude comment about her to an employee, but I didn't see that, just her coming out from the back with the cake, refusing to write on it or sell it to them. NO STANDARDS FOR FRANCHISES – I recently went to one of your franchises in West Bend, WI., specifically the one located at 501 Wildwood Rd., and much to my enjoyment I received a bananna split with a long brown hair wrapped along the outside of it's container along with two meals and a blizzard.
