I can concur with the wait times. Brought in caps that get unloaded in the glass bottle dock. Only one dock to unload, average time to unload one trailer 2 hours. I came in at 7am left at 2:40pm, three trucks ahead of me, one already getting unloaded. I lost two preloads, the whole day, costed me a few thousand. But no biggie, right??
They slow 4 plus hrs to load

"This warehouse is a complete mess. Even if you arrive on time, they might make you wait without any explanation. We arrived on schedule, but instead of starting the unloading process, we were made to wait for over two hours, and no one explained why. The workers can't organize the process properly, and the management seems to have no idea how to run things. I also noticed that no one is keeping an eye on the cleanliness — the area is dirty, with trash everywhere, and communication with the staff is non-existent. There’s alw... read more
No overnight parking There is truckstops 14 mile and 3 mile away with plenty of parking Guard shack really really nice The other guys I checked in they give me a duck they start downloading. I know I had only two pallets, but I was done in 15 minutes. Thank you
