Icecream is good. Customer service, terrible. They have 15 year olds running the place. I ordered 3 items, they gave me 2 teeny tiny napkins...of course my 5 year old was covered in icecream within a minute. I went up to the window to grab napkins real quick, there were none outside the window. There is a sign on the window asking not to knock so I don't...5 full minutes go by while the 15 year old straight up ignores my desperate pleas for napkins. By minute 7 there is 20 people in line behind me and my kid & now the table ... read more
