Made an appointment was told I had to provide my cc number. If I didn’t show they would charge me. Well, ok. I was there 10 minutes early. My phone rang and it was the receptionist. Hated to tell me but the stylist said she couldn’t take me five minutes before my appointment. They wouldn’t let me charge the stylist Natalia 50.00 bucks like they were going to charge me if I didn’t show. This isn’t the end. I am not done with sweet Natalia yet...I am so upset.
