My son Andy is getting married in April 2026 and I had decided that I wanted to find the best mini cheesecakes for his rehearsal dinner. My search included 3 bakeries around Jacksonville. We ordered a full size vegan chocolate cheesecake and it is absolutely heavenly. Can’t wait to order again soon, and so grateful for the vegan options!
