This place is awesome! Incredible views and great food and drinks.
This was a great place for a late-night drink following a Broadway show. The atmosphere was fantastic, the drinks delicious, and the views are amazing. The human staff was awesome. However, Daintree uses an AI agent to answer phone calls, and that "agent" does not allow you to talk to a human no matter what the issue is. AI customer service is, by and large, terrible and Daintree would be wise to substitute software with real humans (and your employees are fantastic, trust them! They are much better than any stupid AI agent)... read more
