They never answer the phone!
The people are nice and professional, but damn it ain't cheap. Cost me 100 bucks to walk in and get some antibiotics prescribed for a sinus infection. And it cost 70 next time. To me that's ridiculous.
The receptioniist came out of the office door to butt into a private conversation she overheard between me and my 86 year old father, whom she was extremely rude towards when she did. They scheduled 12 patients in the same 1:00 tme slot, so we waited for over an hour to see the PA. There are no MDs there. There is an epidemic of the flu in our area, and yet they don’t test an 86 yr old high risk patient with flu symtoms FOR THE FLU!
