I want to start by saying before my husband, Jesse, and I got married after about six years of dating we broke up for a couple months. During our break up we had a child custody battle. Dain Deveny was his lawyer. I won the court battle because I had one very amazing lawyer named Bob who I believe is retired now. Anyways not only did Dain lose but he was very rude and very unprofessional.
