ANSWER YOUR PHONE I called the workshop been left on hold for over 30mins then the phone hangs up. call agian and same thing. I'm sure a company like daimler can afford more employees to pick up phone calls. Very disappointed
I brought in my truck with a mate turbo to get some repairs done for it and the workshop supervisor dave was not taking the situation serious at all, and was saying I didn't have the amount of money to repair my truck since I was dressed casually and not in formal attire. I also observed Dave laughing and making fun a bloke from India and talking about him as if he wasn't right in front of him, overall experience in this establishment wasn't great at all 0/10 service would never recommend anyone to come here or come here mys... read more
