went in to get my truck serviced and they told me it was only Gonna take a day and a half but it ended but taking 3 days. after the service I was half way to Perth then I got a call and got told they left the diagnostic computer in my cab and that i had to drive all the way back to return it and when i got back to damiler to return it my brother Rajpreet truck gear box fell out and tried to blame it on the poop hatch even tho we poop out the windows
Just purchased 10 new Fuso Shogun trucks from Daimler Trucks Somerton and the service was outstanding. A big thank you to Ronal for all his help and excellent customer service. Special thanks to Heather Leach from finance—she is amazing. I called her on Saturday evening, and by Monday morning at 9:00 am all finance approvals were completed. Absolute disgrace. Fuel filter not fitted properly resulting in a lost tank of diesel. Told brake pads need replacing got an independent check only to find they still had 80% left. Will never go back there would never recommend anyone have anything to do with them.
Big thanks to Heather Leach who was incredibly helpful from the very start of my loan application right through to settlement — got everything approved quickly and made the whole process easy. Also a shout-out to Brendan Ealas on the sales side. Top experience at Daimler Somerton, highly recommend.
