After leaving my sprinter camper van I left with little confidence that an update to software would be done and I wasn’t disappointed… the attitude when I explained the software update ( that I know many other people with this type of van have had done ) was “ computer says no “ I even had the update code reference which the guy sort of blanked and didn’t even make a note of…..
