Parts interpretation isn’t magic — it relies on correct component identification, VINs, and clear communication. Spare parts is completely useless. Several times I have ordered parts and they are just wrong. How can you be spare parts interpreter if you can’t tell the difference between a cab ram and a cab shock? I’ve ordered a pair of radiator hoses to find out they were never ordered from the warehouse. Don’t waste your time with this mob. The complete lack of skill and ability of this dealership is what makes Daimler products rubbish.
