I cannot believe that a major player like Daimler would allow these cowboys to use their name. Like others who have posted here I had a warranty repair for brakes. My left hand brake calliper seized on. They took over a week to diagnose and range me with a stupid price (two and a bit times more than I eventually had it done for) when I asked why it wasn't covered by warranty they told me because I had let the pads wear down so much that it had spat the pad out of calliper. Very frustrating experience. I have taken my truck to Daimler Darra multiple times, and not once has the work been completed within the promised timeframe. There are always delays and excuses. When customers rely on their vehicles for work, this level of service is unacceptable. Better planning, communication, and respect for customers’ time are needed. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.”

I don’t usually post negative reviews, however after my recent experience with Daimler I feel compelled to share my concerns. Unfortunately, the level of customer service I received was extremely disappointing. During the service process, I was contacted by a foreign bloke can’t remember his name regarding additional repairs that were recommended. I clearly advised that I did not approve these extra works. 100 percent satisfaction from breakdown service. Called Daimler truck breakdown 2am action was taken quickly. Vishal is very hardworking and helpful technician.keep up the good work bro
