Extremely disappointing experience with Parts and Service Department. We sent a truck in to diagnose and fix an issue, and they held it for nearly three months without being able to identify or resolve the problem. After all that time, they are now attempting to charge us for issues that never existed before the truck was brought in. The lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. Absolutely no respect for customers. The parts department shows a serious lack of customer service skills. In particular, Justin needs significant improvement in how he communicates with and treats customers. The team appears uninterested in listening or understanding customer concerns and instead acts based on their own preferences. The attitude comes across as arrogant, communication is weak, and the overall behavior is unprofessional and disappointing.
