I had a clusterfuck and Nick Edlinger was able to guide us out of the shit where seemingly no one else could. He got the part we needed that was apparently on back order.
Fantastic service to get an old boy back on the road! I pulled in wirh a Ford Transit LWB motorhome with a delaminated tyre on the rear offside....and of course it had to be the inner wheel. No problem at all to these guys - assessed the job and just got to it. 20 minutes later, bill paid (very reasonable), hand shake and I was off to get a replacement tyre for the spare. I cannot fault the service techs and the young lady in reception was very pleasant too!
I had a very disappointing experience with Daimler Trucks Albury. Last summer, my bus was overheating, so I took it to them for diagnosis. They advised that the radiator needed flushing, and I agreed to the service. The invoice stated that the radiator was removed, flushed, and reinstalled. However, when summer came around again—just nine months later—the bus started overheating once more. I contacted the manager, only to be told that there was no warranty on their work.
