I can’t recommend Gareth in the parts department highly enough. He’s always prompt with emails and phone calls, and on our most recent job the scope changed multiple times with additional parts required. Nothing was ever a problem, he handled everything smoothly and without fuss. Honestly one of the best parts guys I’ve dealt with.
Absolutely poor communication by the company, no one wants to communicate anything. You have to chase up information and say you’ll get a call back & never do…..
$1200 had to be paid for quotes to repair warranty work and refused to release truck without payment. Absolutely disgusting
