Absolutely poor communication by the company, no one wants to communicate anything. You have to chase up information and say you’ll get a call back & never do…..
$1200 had to be paid for quotes to repair warranty work and refused to release truck without payment. Absolutely disgusting
Service a bit ordinary in some areas
Had an electrical issue with my very old 1995 Merc O405 bus, I called up and asked if someone could come out, it were after hours so thought I might've waited hours, the mechanic came pretty quickly, didn't get his name but he was super helpful and did what he could to get me in a safe spot. Massive thank you to the team!
