4pm appointment still here about to be 9pm they haven’t started loading yet, smh they do not care about your time they will just have you sit there and wait until they are ready for you. It doesn’t matter if you have appointments or not you just got to wait till they say they are ready to load you. Very poor training. The union is a joke. Management will blame you for everything if something happen to cover there own ass even though you weren't trained properly. Then the complain about not having enough workers but fire you at your first mistake and the union won't do anything about it

11am apt. Here at 1030. In door, no movement, no communication, 0 anything. Good way to kill all day!

They unload me one day before appt time and the daily security is really good and respectful
