They took forever drinks didn’t come till 20 minutes after they were ordered they forgot my child’s order before the main food and Nobody is around at all to refill drinks EXTREMELY ANNOYING horrible non Attentive waitresses all it appears they wanna do is crowd around the kitchen like children did not have a good time

We visit every time we are in Richmond. It is consistently lovely to be in, great and friendly service, and good food. We appreciate the vegan and gluten free options. Great place to go with people with various diets.
I’ve always liked this place. They’ve always had good vegan options. My favorite when i use to come here a lot was the TLT (Tempeh Lettuce Tomato). So I ordered this again this time. …hahaha. It’s no longer a TLT. They call it tempeh bacon. But it’s just fluorescent red fake bacon made, I’m sure, from petrochemicals and roots. It tastes horrible and before we even left my stomach was in knots and bloating. Terrible. Don’t call it tempeh if it’s not tempeh.
Good food, but a 45 minute delay between ordering and receiving a burger and a salad was an unwelcome surprise. Server didn't see a problem with the wait, aside from thanking us for our patience when I expressed concern, so apparently the wait is within their norms. Probably will return, but Cary street offers a lot of options, too, so it won't be soon.
