Used to work as lead for this shop. HORRIBLE place to work for, shop Forman and Day Lead are buddies and will work against you and your NEW ideas for a faster production time and eliminate steps on work orders. Quote “We have been doing it for years this way, don’t change it” Leadman and Shop Foreman “You are new here and shouldn’t be doing this” ….. a LOT! more to write, long story short if you think outside the box this place isn’t for you!
