My service was scheduled to start November 1st I never got a paper yesterday November 2nd I never got a paper Sunday today November 3rd I never got a paper what am I paying for? Delivery service stinks if you didn't have people in my area for delivery you should told me so why am I paying for something I'm not getting you owe me 3 credits or 3 papers.
