Wanted to place an order but discovered that the Overview section of the item I wanted was not correct (some other completely random item). Tried to figure out how to ask a question to Customer Service but turns out that there's no way to do that. Have to login first. Had to try to reset my password since I'd remember what it was but the reset email never came and yes, I checked all of the folders. Nothing there. Can't fathom why there's NO WAY TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Absolutely awful!!! I know there is a pandemic but sending and replying to an email is an approved CDC action... Order placed: 12/7 Credit card charged: 12/8 Shipping label created: 12/16 Updates after that: none Received item: nope Response to inquiry: none Shopping on Grommet in the future: NONE
I placed an order on Black Friday and fast forward to 3 days before Christmas and my order still has not arrived. I also received an email 16 days after placing my order informing me that 2 items were being refunded because they do not have them in stock. I figured that delivery would be slower than usual due to the pandemic, but this is ridiculous. I will not be ordering from them again.
I understand things are busy for online orders this year but this place is AWFUL. DO NOT buy anything online from The Grommet. I place an order on Dec. 10th, saying it would ship on the 14th. They charged my credit card (!!) right away and but nothing has shipped and I have no updates. They have not responded to my email inquiries from a week ago and when I try to call, you get rerouted to call the order line to talk to a live person but no one is there - they say because of COVOD, but don't understand why customer service c... read more
