They ask what they can get me, I order a coffee and they said they can't because they shut down the machine. 20 minutes before they close. If you close at 5pm, please keep true to that or close at 4:30 like your staff is practically doing.
I was overcharged for a Red Bull during my visit. The receipt I signed clearly listed the price as $5.95, but my bank transaction shows I was charged $6.70. While the difference is small, it’s still concerning and shouldn’t happen. I recommend double-checking your charges here.
Owner is completely rude and unprofessional. its over priced and closed on weekends. Honestly there's several coffee shops in pullman its easier just to go to another one. She chargre me for a burrito and it was the wrong one when i got it and instead of makeing the right one she wanted to charge for both and through a fit about haveing to refund me..
The baristas at this coffee shop are consistently kind and hardworking. Unfortunately, the owner’s conduct during my visit was unprofessional and overshadowed the positive efforts of her staff.
