I really wish I could give it 0 stars. Buyer beware. After you initially go through the sales process- be prepared for complete lack of communication for repairs and even customer service regarding general questions. I have been requesting a buyoff quote for our forklift for over a month. They will tell you, you need to contact their financial institution DLL, which will keep looping you in circles.
