I'm going to be honest, I hate leaving 1 star reviews, but when it's necessary, it's necessary. I bought a used car that was fair market value priced at 11.7; it was listed at 13.799, and I came in with cash. This dealer told me they couldn't do the fair market price because they "bought it for 11, and put work into it." OK. Fine. I can understand business and that profits are necessary. My last interaction with this dealership i was being yelled and cussed at by a salesman (kenny) over the phone because I reported to him the problems i was having with my newly bought vehicle. The starter went out within two weeks of purchase. They wouldnt replace it for free even if i paid for the part so I replaced it myself and hoped the worst was behind me.
