I was diagnosed with eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) in 2012. EoE is an allergy inflammatory condition triggered by food. My gastroenterologist recommended I find a nutritionist to help me come up with an elimination diet to help minimize my symptoms. I found a few around the Colorado Springs area but none had heard about EoE and didn't know how to help me. Angela is an amazing dietitian. She treated me with the utmost care and provided very personalized counseling tailored to me and my situation. I definitely recommend her and plan on returning for follow up sessions.
I've known Angela my whole life just about, and the one thing I can say is that she does go above and beyond for anything & anyone she's helping out. The world needs more people like her, and I'm not surprised to see her excelling at another avenue of life. If you ever need luck, or a better quality of life... she's one to talk to! Angela is a wonderful Dietitian. She is very passionate about nutrition and extremely knowledgable. I highly recommend paying her a visit if you are in need of any kind of nutrition counseling.
