I have been a regular customer at the Chinese massage centre in Holden Hill because, as a driver, I often need proper treatment for my neck and lower back muscles. However, today’s experience was absolutely unacceptable. The masseuse was extremely rude and completely unprofessional. I clearly told her that I only needed a 30-minute proper massage — nothing else. But what I received was the worst massage I’ve ever had. I have been a regular patron of this shop for the last six years. Lili is an excellent masseuse but she doesn’t work much these days. I also think Cindy gives a wonderful massage. So for the last two years, I ask for her. However, I found the staff as a whole are cheerful, polite and friendly. This may be because it is my preferred massage shop.
