Terrible service. Somethings that worked when vehicle was dropped off does not work anymore. Things in the vehicle such as tow hail button,radio etc,I don’t even know why they would have to mess with those things to diagnose a transmission problem
If I’m telling you it’s the Transmission haven’t had tags on it since August why would I have to have tags on something that isn’t drivable???? Unacceptable trying to get it fixed and because I didn’t have tags they wouldn’t even diagnose it. Piss poor service
Took my Impala to Dail Transmission and I just want to thank the entire team for getting my vehicle right. It's is driving like a new car. Have already recommended your service to others. Friendly workers and any question me and my husband had were answered in a timely manner. Thanks again for great service.
