First time I’ve ever been upset enough to write an online review, but feel it important due to the lack of communication or customer service. Dailey installed our septic before we moved in and installed the risers incorrectly (who knows what else). We had Johnson County H&S come out to take a second look at the install due to the un-level riser lid, they gave us Dailey’s number who did the install to take care of the issue.
