Do not recommend this seller. Posted one price but charged us another. There was a bunch of hidden issues we noticed after we bought from them that were not disclosed at time of buying. Also they kept rushing us to make a decision and whenever we tried to look at what could be trouble areas, they kept distracting us from finding issues. Be careful buying from them. Don’t take their word for it.
Called a week in advance saying I would come to buy a truck and drove 4 hrs. Arrived and they had sold the truck without telling me before driving there
Had a great experience buying from Spencer. He held the truck for a week after I put a deposit down. He had all the paperwork ready so after I showed up to pick the truck up, it was real quick in and out and I was heading back home in no time. I live an hour and a half away so that was very convenient. I would definitely recommend Daileys Automotive to anyone looking for a nice vehicle and respectful sales staff.
You will not find a more honest used vehicle dealer. As backwards as that may sound Spencer went above and beyond our expectations. We noticed some small issues after driving the vehicle home that I brought to his attention just to let him know what I had found. The next thing that happened was a phone call from him personally stating that if we weren't 100% satisfied he would return the vehicle. We kept the vehicle and are definitely satisfied with it.
