I had my entire top teeth extracted and majority of my molars on the bottom. I was super anxious and scared the whole week leading up to the procedure. While in the waiting room. I started to cry. But the nurse was very reassuring and made me comfortable while I waited. When I was taken back to get started. Dr.Richard comes in and starts setting up things to numb my mouth. Great place! You can tell all of the staff love what they do. They truly care about their patients. I’m so happy I found this place. The best cleaning I’ve ever had by the way.
Dentist was very rude to my daughter.Its bad enough she was in pain!! People need to think more about people's feelings and the way it would make them feel if it was them or their daughter or other family members!!Not very Christian like or professional.She will not be coming back there to be treated that way again.
My visit was just a nightmare. No bedside manner there at all. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to my teeth and going to dentist from my past horrible experiences… and my Visit here just brought all those memories and feelings back. I went in for an emergency visit to have a couple teeth pulled.
