I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. This company advertises that they are available 24 hours, but when I called for assistance with my AC, my calls were repeatedly disconnected before I could even speak with anyone. After several attempts, it appeared that my number had been blocked, which I find very concerning considering I never had the opportunity to explain my issue or speak to a representative.
