Very professional and explained the whole entire process. Easy to get in contact with anyone at the shop and fixed the car in a timely manner. Dails has the most reasonable price with warranty for transmissions.
I recommend anyone, whether it's a tune up, or a large project to be fixed, to go to Dail. What I valued most was the attention to detail and transparency of the work done. All of the work was shown after the repair had been made. The work was more extensive than expected, but I was grateful it was caught in a shop than on the side of the road. Rebuilt 2 transmissions with them great work and customer service on my vehicles 1996 Chevy Caprice and 2005 GMC Yukon Denali isabella worked with me when my truck didn't work for both of us highly recommend them for any auto repairs
It was wonderful to go to a organized shop where you get quality and efficiency. I anticipated a week for my repair and it took 2 days! Work quoted was the price when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. I would definitely use this shop again for all repairs. Friendly, professional, great location!
All-star experience! Tired of taking my Infiniti to the dealership, I sought out transmission experts. While driving around Middletown, I noticed "Dail Transmission & Total Car Care." I took a chance and had them change my car's transmission valve cover. One of their technicians installed the valve cover. Afterward, they programmed my vehicle. Upon completion, it ran like new.
