J’ai une thermopompe Daikin. Après quelques années, elle a brisé à plusieurs reprises en 2 saisons. J’ai dû faire de nombreuses démarches pour faire honorer la garantie à chaque fois. De plus, comme le fréon et les déplacements ne sont pas garantis, je devais débourser plusieurs frais à chaque réparation. Au prix qu’on débourse pour avoir ces thermopompes avec «bonne garantie», c’est très décevant lorsque les problèmes avec les appareils arrivent. 2 stars because it works sometimes. Got one unit on the outside and 3 heads inside. Since installation in 2021 I had to make it fixed at least 3 times if not 4. Very disappointed with this supposedly high end brand. I also have ice that falls from one of the heads sometime.
