Nous avons avons acheté un système de climatisation/chauffage Daikin, thermopompe, 1 grosse tête et 2 moyennes, installés en juillet 2025 par Climatisation Sansoucy, une pièce est défectueuse dans notre grosse unité, donc pas de chauffage, le vendeur nous l’a vendu comme un chauffage principal!!! C’est supposè chauffer le rez de chaussée. Le service de Sansoucy est exécrable, c’est un cauchemar, on nous a dit 24h pour le pièce, 10 jours plus tard, après quelques appels, on apprends que la pièce de Daikin est back order!!!! I have a dianking model RXB12AXVJU this unit is only 6 year old for the past year i hade to phone for service repair on Jan 12 -2025 and then Mars 14 -2025 and again on Mars 27 2025 for no heat or air now the some problem on the 14 of aug 2025 i have spend $ 1,090,65 on it what the hell do i do ?
Our Daikin unit lasted only 7 years. All routine care has been done as well as regular cleaning of filters. The approved Daikin dealer who installed our machine initially confirmed massive corrosion of the inner unit and paying the technician’s labour comes back to the owner. Read your guarantees very carefully, we chose to go with another dealer and another brand of machine.
L’application IOS ComfortControl pour contrôler l’unité est une horreur. Cela dégrade la qualité du produit Daikin. Il faut que ce soit mis à jour.
This company is not trustworthy manufacturer! We still have the guarantee for the AC. But the manufacturer (Daikin) wants to charge us for the part. Why? Because the previous owner of the apartment bought the AC. And we are not the same person! I never heard such a wierd strange thing! I suggest you to avoid this manufacturer...
